CHOKE

So, Choke just came out. It was written by Chuck Palahniuk, the author of Fight Club. So far I've heard good things. At first, I was worried it is going to be a "skin-a-max" movie, by what the Red Band trailer showed. However, many of the reviews said other wise. They also compared it to Palahniuk's first film, Fight Club. If you haven't seen Fight Club well... you need to. If Choke is anywhere close to it, it should be good.

The first adaptation, of course, was Fight Club, which was handled flawlessly by director David Fincher and featured sensational performances from both Edward Norton and Brad Pitt. Choke is an entirely different book, on that relies a little more on comedy, and first-time director Clark Gregg (who also penned the script) decided to turn this adaption into a straight-up laughter that really works... some of the time."
