Chester French

With their debut album,Love Future, set to release April 21, Chester French is being featured in Vanity Fair. Both D.A. Wallach and Max Drummey dropped out of Harvard their freshman year to record "She Loves Everybody" their most popular song, which I just found out has been remixed by Steve Aoki, and also the Neptunes. Danm just know looking at their Mysapce page the band has blown up, since the last time I visited their page, with almost a million and a half plays on "She Loves Everybody" alone. Check out Vanity Fair to see footage of the guys getting styled and ready for their album cover shoot. Enjoy.

World Builder

A strange man uses holographic tools to build a world for the woman he loves. This is a short by filmmaker Bruce Branit known also as the co-creator of 405.

The special effect are pretty good as well as the story. Enjoy.

Asher Roth

Asher Roth, if you don't know, is an up and coming hip-hop artist. He was featured on Vibe's "The Freshmen 10" which also included Kid Cudi , Mickey Factz, and wale, etc. I just saw the video for "i love college" which is a pretty good song, although I know my college life isn't like that I am sure there is a good majority of people that go to partys, have sex at them, smoke, and probably other shit, day after day.

Looking through his CD there are some people on it that make it more appealing than what I expected:

. Be By Myself (Ft. Cee-Lo)
. She Don’t Want A Man (Ft. Estelle)
. As I Em (Ft. Chester French)
. Bad Day (Ft. Jazze Pha)
. Lions Roar (Ft. Busta Rhymes)

Current TV

The only news channel that does an intelligent job of reaching to younger audiences. Current TV is just like JPG Magazine in that they have created a peer-to-peer network, and instead of photographs, Current uses news and information. The majority of shows on Current are created by its viewers, viewer created content (VC2), giving a point of view that is always new and exciting.

One of Current's own shows, Info Mania, a close resemblance to The Soup in that it talks about recent pop-culture and media, is quite entertaining, especially their tech report. Also check out Vanguard, Current's intense and intrepid journalism team that reports on situations, that most would stray away from. The clip above is for their upcoming Vanguard episode, "The Beach of Death." Looks pretty powerful, looking forward to seeing it. Enjoy
